विवेक अग्निहोत्री (अमेरिका)
विवेक अग्निहोत्री अमेरिका में विगत 25 वर्षों से अमेरिकी सरकार सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग में कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक के पद पर कार्यरत हैं। उन्होंने जबलपुर से एम.एस.सी भौतिक विज्ञान में करने के बाद अमेरिका में एम.एस (कम्प्यूटर साइंस) में किया है।

Usually a fixed monotonous routine. Like daily 8 am to 5 pm etc.
Limited space for innovation & creativity as immediate tasks and goals most important.
Management and supervisors are in control and sets the ground rules.
Individual recognition is difficult in large teams.
