It is a short story on a jawan who was fighting on border. His friend who was also fighting on the border was mortally wounded, requests this jawan to visit his sister on rakshabhandan day. The jawan with heavy heart meets the sister on the festival day and there he learnt that the sister was blind. The suspense of the story leads the reader to yet another phase of life of that little sister.
